Refund & Return Policy — The Turtle Oracle

All readings offered by The Turtle Oracle are digital products delivered as PDF files. Because of the nature of this work — personalized, hand-crafted, and delivered directly to you — we are unable to offer refunds once a reading has been delivered.

What we ask of you: Please double-check all birth data (date, time, and location for natal chart readings) before submitting your order. Errors in the information you provide may affect the accuracy of your reading and are not grounds for a refund.

What we promise you: If you experience a technical issue receiving your PDF, or if there is a clear error on our end, we will make it right — no questions asked. Please reach out within 7 days of your delivery date.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the reading has not yet been delivered.

To contact us regarding an order, please email us directly through our store.
